Forging Light

Mages are consumed by their magic in a colorful struggle for power.

Forging Light is a supplement for Dungeon World that draws inspiration from the Lightbringer series by Brent Weeks and other sources. It has a new class, compendium class, and guidelines for creating a setting based on a new hard magic system. It encourages players to get creative, crafting spells in the heat of the moment, but in a way that is grounded in clear, simple, and flavorful rules.

A playbook for the new class with a one-sheet for the hard magic system are included with the rulebook. They available for free, but if you would like to make a donation to support more of my work, you’re more than welcome.
